About
Julio Warner Loiseau is an Electronics Engineer, with a Master Degree in Robotics and a PhD candidate at Walden University. He is an idealistic by nature; he never takes a “no” for a final answer. He is as persistent as Thomas Edison who he considers his model. People would tell him his dreams are unreachable, impractical, or too idealistic, he would ignore them like they were speaking an unknown language. Because of his idealism, he aspires to become a change agent.
He is concerned about social issues and believes on the values of each individual. He vows to be the voice of the most unfortunate for that reason he can’t stand seeing people using politics and demagoguery to pretend to be helping others. He is aware that being too optimistic is not always pays back but he believes that together with people’s commitment a real difference can be made.
